After the consecration ceremony of Ram Lala, Ram temple of Ayodhya was opened for the public.A huge crowd gathered on the 13 kilometer long Ram Path. Devotees started arriving from Ayodhya and surrounding districts as early as 5 am, due to which security measures were increased.
Security forces controlled the orderly entry of devotees using barricades.The traditional Nagara style Ram temple measures 380 feet in length and 250 feet in width, with a 161 feet high spire, adorned with intricate carvings of deities on white marble walls.
Adequate security arrangements were deployed outside the Ram temple to control the crowd in Ayodhya on January 23, 2024.
